Nearly banned on CJ

I debated on whether or not to share this but you guys might find it interesting so here goes. A couple days ago I recieved notice from Commission Junction that I:

"...must remove any and all xxxxxxxxxxxxx  within 48 hours of receipt of this warning notice.  Failure to do so may result in the termination of your Commission Junction Publisher account and the charge-back (reversal) of transactions, and any attempt to rejoin the Commission Junction Network shall be null and void."

Needless to say I flipped out and complied in less than 48 hrs (more like 48 seconds!)  and have been notified:

 "...that your account is back in compliance."

Lessoned learned - don't fark around with their TOS. That would totally suck to be banned on CJ - they have some kick ass merchants that are exclusive to them. My hat is getting more and more white every day. Speaking of..at one point I thought about changing my logo up top to a half black/ half white hat instead of gray since it would better represent how I roll (if I may be so black..get it?..ok I'm a geek.)  But..now I am thinking I might need to just keep it gray, or change it to all white. Maybe I'll just have all three of those made and swap 'em out based on what I am doing at that point in time. If I had a white one right now..that is what you'd see up there.
